Wim van den Elshout, inventor of PediTech, gives his five top tips for keeping feet healthy and happy over the summer months.
- - If you have a recurrent foot odour problem, PediTech will protect against its return and keep feet fresh.
- - Expose your feet as much as possible to fresh air, and in the summer, wear sandals whenever you can.
- - Always dry feet thoroughly, particularly when you have been in the sea or swimming pool.
- - Rotate your footwear - try not to wear the same pair of shoes daily. Shoes need at least 24 hours to dry out.
- - Wash your feet in the morning and evening with warm, soapy water but avoid very hot water as this will make your feet sweat more.
